Why

We liberate real estate – Because the world needs a sustainable alternative. Therefore, Tomorrow Living is working to build and operate the properties of the future with a focus on social, environmental, and economic sustainability.

Socially: We aim to create homes, that are for “the many” and – consequently - affordable. They residences should form the foundation for residents' personal development, well-being, and security. Residents should have the opportunity to form and engage into strong relationships and the opportunity to realize their potential through responsibility, influence, and positive experiences in collaboration with others.

Environmentally: We must build and live with a much smaller impact on our shared resources. Furthermore, we must avoid constructing more properties that could become stranded assets in the future.

Economically: We want to create an alternative that uplifts both social and environmental agendas – and is economically sustainable at the same time. Not just in the short term but also in the long term, in logical alignment with the lifespan of the properties.

On this foundation, we aim to create the homes of the future - starting today.

How

At Tomorrow Living, we challenge the traditional mindset of property development and management. Our product is not just the physical property but equally the serviced concept, the management, and the community we create. Together, these elements support our Why.

We think in terms of lifecycle and long-term perspective throughout the value chain. The property industry traditionally has a short-term focus on economic optimization. It does not benefit sustainability, quality, or returns to think short-term about an asset that is meant to last for hundreds of years. To ensure a long-term perspective, our business model is anchored in extensive integration, where we design, develop, construct, and operate attractive properties based on a standardized and serviced concept. In other words, we build properties to operate them – and we operate properties to gain insights, accumulate experiences, and improve the next properties.

This way, we cover the entire value chain and handle all functions internally in the organization, ensuring a clear connection from idea, development, and construction to operation and community.

We develop optimized standards. Today, most properties are prototypes, starting from all-over every time. It is costly in resources, and valuable knowledge is lost repeatedly. Our answer is a comprehensive digitization and standardization of the concept, continually optimized for both development, construction, and operation.

Optimization influences the price. Our patented construction concept is based on modular construction principles: here, we combine efficient standardized production with an equally optimized construction process. Thus, we ensure a high standard and quality – at the right price.

We liberate real estate. Each property is built as a permanent structure, but to ensure the possibility of 100% recycling, which can be accounted for in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA/carbon footprint), the property is also movable.

A community for the many. To limit our resource consumption and make the concept accessible to the many, the properties are also optimized in size and functions. Residents live better, live smaller, and share more. At the same time, they have more influence and responsibility than in conventional properties.

Our internal management team ensures a well-run, secure, and functional property with a strong community – and a close connection between the team and the residents.

Certified sustainability. The homes are DGNB-certified and even the smallest detail is carefully considered.

From housing to vibrant homes. With Tomorrow Living, residents get not only a home, communal facilities, efficient management, and influence but also engaged communities. Our CONtrainer fitness center is a good example of a communal facility that adds value to daily life and provides space for communities to grow.

An easy everyday life for residents. The concept is developed with a focus on making everyday life easy and convenient for residents. For example, residents have access to an app, where they have all the information they need, as well as the digital key to the home, mailbox, storage rooms, communal facilities, and more.

Residents will feel appreciated and taken care of from the moment they first get in touch with us. Our specialized team has a deep knowledge of the property and the vision behind it, which residents experience through a high level of service and efficient assistance.

A home with influence and communities. Each property has a resident association that, in collaboration with Tomorrow Living's Community and Facility Manager, supports the practical and social community among residents. Residents are involved in relevant decisions, tasks, and changes to the property, ensuring that they are heard and experience influence and solidarity.

The community is evident and awaits just outside the door. It may present itself through communal workdays, events, and communities og interest throughout the property.

The visible result is that residents take responsibility, feel secure, and thrive to such an extent that we can observe it in lower tenant turnover.
